Welcome sister, I'm Lucy.
Iâm a yoga teacher, specialising in yoga for the menstrual cycle and menstrual disorders, as well as yoga for fertility. My passion for feminine yoga has blossomed from my Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) recovery journey.
As a yoga practitioner who has experienced HA, I understand the magnitude of this journey you are on and will offer you yogic tools to support yourself. These practices will reduce stress levels, re-connect you to your womb space and open you up to a deep place of internal listening. You will learn natural ways to heal through yoga, meditation, movement and stillness.
Whether you are a complete novice to yoga, or have been a student for years, working with me is accessible and enjoyable for all experience levels. However, it is important to understand this isnât a âquick fixâ. Healing is a life-long journey, requiring patience, self-compassion and self-belief. I am here to guide you on this beautiful road map.

Pranayama (breath work) boosts pranic energy and clears the mind. Meditative techniques involve using affirmations, visualisations and mantras.

ONE TO ONE SUPPORT
As well as having access to pre-recorded resources, you may wish to receive one to one support from myself. We'll work together to create a programme based off your wants and needs.
